We are one of few Polish Tatra breeders in Canada. We raise and breed quality large working dogs, which are then purchased by farms all over North America.

This breed is considered a Livestock Guardian Dog, with qualities such as a calm nature, independent and high intelligence (although they will act goofy when not working) which makes it a perfect companion dog as well. Ours are raised with Cows, Alpacas, Pigs, and many children. These are not attack dogs, but rather a guard: it will initially attempt to intimidate the threat and will only attack as a last resort, thus giving them their reputation of being dog friendly.Their distinct coat colour also helps distinguish them from wolves, coyotes and other wildlife.
They are typically 26-28 inches tall, and anywhere between 80-130lbs in weight.
As this is a rare breed prices range around $700, shots optional, other than Rabies.
