I love fitness and the challenge of trying new workouts.

I love working towards making peoples lives better both on and off the job and for me coaching on fitness and health is a natural extension of what I already love to do. I look forward to helping people on there journey of changing their lifestyle or adding a new challenge to their current fitness goals.

For the last 3 years I have set a fitness goal every January. My first one was to start running and learn to enjoy it. The second was to run a marathon and this year I am aiming for the bikini fitness look.

I love to cook and bake and play with recipes to make them healthier and I love surprising people with tasty food that is healthy.

I wanted to become a beach body coach to motivate and inspire people in their health and fitness journey. This page will be used to post recipes, fitness information and to support people in their fitness journey's.
