Real Estate selling in the Oromocto and Fredericton Area

I am a Realtor that serves the Oromocto and Fredericton Area. I am very passionate about my profession as a Realtor. There is no other enjoyment and challenge I get than helping people make such a big life decision when either buying or selling a home. I believe it really is not just about the “house”, it truly is about educating and informing both buyers and sellers through the buyer or selling process as stress free as possible.

It’s been such an exciting journey building my business well helping so many people move through their own life transitions. I find that my own life experiences was a huge benefit when getting started in Real Estate in 2005. Growing up in the Military Communities with many moves across Europe and Canada has built a common jumping off point when I first meet people. Joining the military and spending 12 years in the Military has given me such a great education and so many life skills I could not even count them all.

I have been living in the Oromocoto Fredericton area since 1986 (few quick postings away) but back full time since 1992. Raised three great boys with my husband Gary Foley. My husband Gary, is from New Foundland and just recently retired from a 35 year career with the Canadian Military and is now working at the Military Family Resource Centre.

My knowledge of the area, and having to deal with a large clientele that have to fly in and purchase a house in 7 days, has certainly trained me to get the job done in a highly organized manner. It taught me, that giving clients knowledge of the housing market and area in an efficient timely manner is so important. I always say “Bring your running shoes, because we are going to be moving”
I feel because of my life experiences, the love of what I do for clients, I quickly became an award winning top producer. Certainly a huge help from all my friends and clients that have referred all their friends and family to me has been the biggest factor in my success. I truly have the best clients in the business!
