I have my master’s in Clinical Social work and provide therapy to individuals, couples, children and families. I have over 10 years experience in the field as a social worker and over 6 years experience providing therapy/ counselling. I have also been on my own healing journey to come into my healthiest, relational, whole way of being. My experiences have taught me that our bodies are wise and know how to heal. The journey to healing is to connect to and listen to the organic wisdom of our selves, our beings and our bodies. In my work I help people learn to listen to their bodies, and as such, help people find themselves, their own story, their own being, in a world full of stories and ideas of who we should be. I understand the importance of connection- to others, ourselves, and the land. That our bodies and souls heal when we are in healthy connection.

My clinical approach is composed of experiential healing and support based in Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, attachment/ relational therapy, Integrative Body Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing- a somatic embodied approach to working with trauma in the nervous system. I am currently training in Family Constellations, an approach to working with systemic, generational family healing. I have also followed my own spiritual path in Shamanism, incorporating ceremony, ritual, the medicine wheel and connection to the land into my life and work. Therefore, to those who feel called, I offer shamanic journeying and co-creative ceremonies/ rituals.
