Locally-owned and operated 4,500 tap Maple Syrup operation that has spanned 6 generations.
George and Darlene Conboy, along with their four sons and families, operate a 4,500 tap maple bush that has entered into its 6th generation. It started many years ago as a small production of only sap buckets, which were gathered by horse drawn wagons and the sap boiled into syrup over a wood-fueled fire. It has since advanced into a state-of-the-art pipeline network which is accompanied by vacuum systems and pumps that bring the sap directly to the sugar camp where it can be made into 100% pure maple syrup. During the season visitors are welcome to come see our process, which includes a new reverse osmosis system and highly efficient wood-burning evaporator. We're open by chance during the off-season so please call ahead to make sure someone will be able to assist you.

Our products are available at a variety of locations in Sharbot Lake including Mike Dean's Grocery, Pharamasave, and Seed to Sausage. Also available at Local Family Farms in Verona.
During the summer months you can find us at the Sharbot Lake Farmers Market.
