BE YOUR OWN BOSS. We are currently seeking people to run their business within our facility. Being on Rte.6, it puts us in a very high traffic area.

Cavendish is the largest seasonal resort on P.E.I, with an average daily population in July and August of 8,500 visitors and more than 70,000 seasonal visitors.
Close to all amenities including Anne of Green Gables, accommodations, attractions, golf courses and only 3 minutes from the Cavendish beach music festival which we will be offering parking . We want to make the market a one stop shopping and dining experience.

We want to give the local farmers and producers the opportunity to sell directly to resident and visitors as well as provide fresh product to Islanders and visitors.

We offer parking for over 100 vehicles including motor homes and tour buses, promoting your business, over 8000 sq. ft. , 6 kitchen stalls (8 by 12), coolers and freezer space, rentals from ½ day to seasonal.
We open on June 2nd and run until Labor Day weekend. If busy enough the closing date may be extended.

The hours will be from 10 am – 8pm daily.

We currently have rentals for :

Fresh produce, Food vendors,

Crafts, Meat/ poultry,

Beverage/Ice cream, Pizza, Baker, Seafood, Storeoperator, Yard sales
and more
