CUWIB wants to connect young women today to become the future business leaders of tomorrow.
Carleton University Women in Business (CUWIB) aims to empower women by bringing awareness to the discrepancies present in women's rights, equality and social justice, as well as offering a unique opportunity to build a solid business foundation in order to help young women aspire to become successful businesswomen.
Our organization seeks to help young women AND men, both business and nonbusiness students at Carleton University and elsewhere to find their career of choice, develop and expand their professional network, and achieve their career goals. We give and teach our members the tools and skills necessary to stand out and further themselves in the business world, and advocate for their rights in both their workplace environment and life in general.
