Early Childhood Development and Community
The Camrose and Area ECD Coalition is a group of active community partners who are committed to promoting the development of children within our communities. We work together to promote the development of children under the age of 5 in the development domains.
Some of the activities that we have implemented are support of the COW Bus, Me Time for Moms, Kindergarten Readiness Fair, Preschool Development Bags, Family Fun at the Corn Maze, and the Adventure Bus at Family Day as well as bringing Dr. Robbin Gibb. We as a coalition developed “I am growing up” book. This book describes the developmental domain, developmental milestones and then has a local resource guide at the back.
