At Blizz Wellness, we truly believe that yoga is for everyone, and we support this through making our classes accessible. The classes are open level: for new and experienced yogis to enjoy together: modifications for more advanced postures are offered, and we build a practice that best suits you.
We encourages everybody to make their own possibility the best they can, and guide people with technique and knowledge to teach and ask what’s possible for each one, respecting their limits, but at the same time pushing their limits as well.
