A yoga studio and school located in North Bay. We are located on the second floor in Northgate Shopping Centre (if you go up the stairs by the Tim Horton's, it's the first door on your right). We offer many 1 hour yoga classes throughout the day--please check out our website for a detailed schedule.

1st Month Unlimited Classes--$40
Student Referral Program: If you we receive a new student who buys a membership or a class pass, and they tell us before they sign up that they were referred by you, you will receive a free class.
Our regular fees: Class passes range from $12 for drop-in to $9 per class if you buy a 20 class pass--or $7 if you buy a lunch time only pass.
We offer all sorts of class options available: kettlebell yoga fusion, Bend FIT classes, gentle yoga, hatha yoga, morning salute yoga and our 45-minute lunch time yoga. So, come and check us out... take a class... and stick around to chat.
