The essence of B.E.D.Rock is to provide
A. up and coming musicians that exposure and stage time and to play on a level playing field with other bands
B. to introduce the general public - including the kids which are the up and coming audience, exposure to live music
C. to let the musicians have a gig to hang out with other musicians, play, bring their family.

B.E.D.Rock Festival was created as a non profit corporation with the intention of creating a festival that would grow every year, would learn from lessons of previous years, and become a festival of the people: both musicans and audience. The festival runs on sponsorship and funds generated by vendors, grassroots fundraising and hopefully, merchandise. The organizers are volunteer ... there is no payroll and all the money collected goes towards Sound, Stage and Lighting... and Musicians. There are no creditors for B.E.D.Rock. This festival pays its way and is free except for the $5 Provincial Park Gate fee per vehicle. We look forward to another great day of music - and promoting Rock and Roll and Rhythm and Blues...and the local musicians that play it.
