I am a conscientious and dedicated professional appraiser working in south central Alberta. What I enjoy most about my job is meeting the most interesting people in the most unlikely of places. I am a certified Real Estate Appraiser with a CRA designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. I have eight years experience thus far and my office is located in Drumheller, Alberta. Appraisal assignments have been completed for CMHC, all major banks and local credit unions, law firms, mortgage brokers, relocation companies, and of course local residents.
