Baskets of Hope is our chance to generously give to some of the Women in our community. All Baskets will be donated to the Mountain Rose Women's Shelter.
Baskets of Hope was started 3 years ago in Innisfail by Charlene Preston and Kerry Tole as a way to give to the Women, who in many cases are forgotten at Christmas. The recipients of the baskets are residents or using the services of a local Women's Shelter. We collect donations and then create baskets that are just for the Ladies. We are collecting donations of 10 of the same items in order to create 10 baskets. We ask that donations be of a good quality (no dollar store items please). We will be meeting on December 10th at 5:30pm at 4907 Main Street to put the baskets together and will arrange for delivery to the shelter shortly after that.
