A Place for Everyone
St. Joseph's Hall soup kitchen from 12-1 pm every Friday. It's adjacent to Assumption Church on Glacier Street.
Christine Behan started the soup kitchen in April of 2015. Her goal is for the soup kitchen is for it to be a place to bring together the people of Powell River, people from all walks of life. A place where members of all ages within our wonderful community can come together to socialize, spend time with one another, interact and get to know each other.
This is not just a place for people in need, this is a caring and welcoming environment for Everyone. Please stop by and join us for a healthy home cooked meal.
