Hello, and welcome to "A Shack In The Woods".
You have come to the right place to have a laid back, or a wild and adventurous vacation to explore and enjoy. You decide! The sky is the limit.

Port Renfrew is home to Tall Tree Music Festival, the famous West Coast Trail, beach combing, World-renowned fishing, beautiful hiking trails, biking trails, paddle boarding, crabbing, and so much more. Botanical Beach is just at the end of the road, about a 5-7 minute car ride. Avatar Grove is close by as well as beaches and rivers. The beach is within walking distance, approximately 5 minutes away! I have information and directions in the cottage for you. I hope that you will find everything that you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

You will get to Port Renfrew from Victoria by taking Hwy. #14, through Sooke. From Victoria, we are approximately a 2-2 1/2 hour drive.
