At AikenKraft every item has a story. One of a kind creations are crafted from locally sourced material that is reclaimed, recycled or salvaged. I do not fell trees to make my products, but I do keep a close eye on my 10 acre forest, as well as connect with a network of people who share my interest in keeping unnecessary items out of landfill.

Cameron Aiken, resident artist, is a multi-media artist with a Fine Arts Degree, a teaching degree, and a carpentry licence. Every item in this shop is designed and handcrafted by its owner, with a strong attention to detail. While some items are rustic by nature, most are refined through their finished treatments, bringing out the natural beauty of the wood.
