At 911 Lockdown our primary focus is on prevention and safety. This includes focusing on understanding behaviours, de-escalating arguments, and dealing with various incidents in a professional manner using appropriate ethical behaviours and proper communication skills.

Our Security teams are prepared at all times to fulfill the requirements of our clients and go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our clients are pleased with the services that we provide. We are fully licensed by The Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services and fully insured. All grards are trained in Use of Force, CPR, First Aid, and Smart Serve where applicable.
