Nor-Alta Jiu-Jitsu is a school that teaches one of the purest forms of self defense. It's focus is on hold escapes, abduction prevention, control techniques, ground defense and much more. We teach street survival techniques as well as the "art" of Japanese Jiu-Jitsu.
Classes are taught by Dave Woods, a 5th degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu with over 30 years training in the martial arts and over 20 in law enforcement. Sensei Dave is a fully qualified and bondable instructor with over 10 years teaching experience.
