The Melville Yorkton Housing Authority has 500 combined housing units within the cities of Yorkton and Melville. Programs offered are targeted to seniors (60+), families and persons with disabilities who are of low to moderate income levels.

Income and asset limits apply. Rent is based on income and applicants must be able to live independently or have the recommended support services. No pets and smoking policy in place.
