Spend quality time with friends and family at Huron Cedars, a newly constructed, 3 bedroom waterfront cottage located close to Tobermory, on Eagle Harbour, on the Lake Huron side of the Bruce Peninsula. Whatever defines your ideal vacation; lazing in the hot tub gazing at the stars or the incredible Lake Huron sunsets; sunning on one of three lakeside decks; a busy day hiking or skiing in the Bruce Peninsula National Park or shopping or dining in Tobermory, Huron Cedars is the perfect location for your family escape!
The 0.50 acre lot is well treed with mature cedars and is extremely private. The cottage is located on a raised aspect allowing extensive views of Lake Huron and the due west exposure provides an ideal aspect for spectacular sunsets. The outdoor space includes a 400 sqr. ft. covered upper level deck accessed from either the living room or master suite which is perfect for meals and entertaining. On the ground level, a recently added 400 sqr. ft. deck surrounds the 7 person hot tub and provides additional entertaining and eating options. Three additional lakeside decks ensure there is a secluded space that suits each individual preference.
The 2000 sqr. ft cottage includes three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and ample living space. The upper level features the master suite with a large king bed, attached den and ensuite 4 piece bath. The open concept dinning and living area attached to the kitchen make for a perfect gathering spot for meals and evening activities. The lower level features two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with a bunk bed (double lower bunk and single upper bunk). A second full 3 piece bath is located on the lower level. All the bedrooms and living space are located on the front of each level, ensuring expansive Lake Huron views from all rooms.

Third bedroom: Wii video game system with approximately 12 games connected to a 32 inch CRT HDTV. Perfect to connect additional game systems from home. This tv has no other inputs.
Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities
Huron Cedars is located directly on Lake Huron on the southern edge of Eagle Harbour. The 75 ft. waterfront features numerous small bays and inlets that can be explored and provide sheltered swimming options for young children. There is also ample deep water to be found for adult swimming, water shoes are recommended. The majority of the waterfront consists of uneven slab rock with short sections of large rubble.

Beaches- Singing Sands beach or the smaller Dunks Bay beach offer all the sand a family could need to build the best sandcastles or to go for a swim

Tobermory is Canadas diving capital and boasts a huge amount of shipwrecks and unique natural underwater rock formations for diving and snorkelling

Birding - The Bruce Peninsula is located on a major nothern migration route so its a great place to see Bald Eagles that winter here, or soar above the majestic cliffs of the peninsula. Cross-coutry ski and snowshoe the National Parks and return to the cottage to warm up by the fireplace before dipping into the hottub
